Good lord, why is this thread still alive?

Any point blank attacker with zero additional mobility, or any build with an inability to capture all shrines, inability to kill carriers, and inability to protect carriers is trash in JQ. The only reason you're winning fights with your sorry example of a build is because the rest of your team is carrying the weight that you can't, or your opponents aren't any good. Either way, playing awful builds won't make you a better player.

Lock this thread and junk it. I'm embarrassed that an argument like this one is lasting at all on these forums.

First of all read the thread before posting. Your post clearly show you have not. Unless you can post a warrior build that is capable of doing all of the above you are adding nothing of value to this thread. About your comment about me not caryring my weight I could say the same about you. I can only imagine that you are so hostile because you fear that more people might run my builds making it more difficult for you to score a win in JQ. No one is forcing this thread on you. If you dislike it; ignore it and take your trolling elsewhere!

i think he's more afraid that a bunch noobs like you all started running that kind of build, in which case it will get even worse. seriously, all you've accomplished is expose the fact that you are so deeply insecure about dying, that you'll run a ton of self defense skills in an arena THAT DOES NOT PENALIZE YOU FOR DYING.

your build fails. it can stay alive, and kill something that's somehow even worse than you are, but that's about it. your shrine clearing speed is so slow as to be inpreceptable, your DPS can be outhealed by healing breeze, and you most certainly cannot kill the standard Mo/P capper that's everywhere these days. so until YOU'VE come up with something that can actually prove us wrong, maybe YOU should eat a humble pie and shut it. threatening to report people just because they are better than you, and know more than you, won't help you.

Unlike most 15 year old pimplefaced teenagers you cannot intimidate me with your trash talk. I wont bend or break under pressure. You can tell me a circle is a square a million times; but I know better. Your insults only add to your own stupidity. Keep running your cookie cutter builds and refrain form posting in this thread. My builds are for people with an open mind that are willing to try something different; I did not post to convince narrow minded players like you otherwise. I'm well aware of the mechanics of JQ and dont need convincing otherwise of what I can and cant do with my builds. Like I sayed before unless you got something to contribute to this forum I suggest you move back to the tech forum and eat your own humble pie.

OP, the point is that your builds have less survivability of an E/D nuker, with less that damage a degen necro.

I don't need to give your primal post a thorough reading. There is nothing there of value that would make me a better player. I know that the Warrior as a class is worse there ultimately than, namely, Rangers, Necromancers, and Monks. Good god, your thick as rock skull pisses me off so bad. It wouldn't be so awful if you'd just accepted initially that starting a topic about supporting Warrior play in JQ was a bad idea, but your steadfast hold of your position and ignorance just sends me over the top.

If I ever see you in JQ on a Warrior, I will have to devote my entire time to laughing at you, and still have plenty of a chance to snare turtles, players, and cappers, cap quarries and control points, and kill anyone who fights me with builds like yours.

By the way, since I'm raging already, let me critique the two builds you posted in the most minor of ways.

You're gimping yourself of health. The only thing you're getting out of running 15 Strength instead of 14 is 1% more AP and 4 extra points of healing from Lion's. You actually have lower max health after Defy Pain, because the gain from going up from 14 to 15 on Strength is less than 35. Oh, you also gain one more second from Warrior's Cunning, but that's a roflbad skill at a one-minute recharge.

I normally monk in jq (no not the brainless roj but a woh hibrate. For healing npc's i normally ignore the melee characters because i still have to find a melee that can cap it without killing himself.

I dont need you telling me there are better professions to run in JQ. I allready know that as my OP proves. Thats not what this thread is about. JQ is full of warriors that choose to play that class for whatever personal reason they choose to. If everyone was as ambitious as you are at this game there would be no warriors there. You strive at being the best at GW and I commend you for that. Cant you respect the fact that others may want to play the game in a way regardless of whatever you think is best? I on the other hand play for enjoyment and dont care about excelling. I excell in my profession and thats more satisfying than GW could ever be. To me its just a game. Regardless of the reason why people choose to play as a warrior the quarry is full of them be it a bad thing or not. Freedon of choice on the other hand is a beautifull thing and its for those people that choose to, that I created this post. You wont ever run into me cause I maxed gwamm a month ago and have moved on since.

I think you mean "states". Your OP doesn't "prove" shit about the advantages that ranged classes have over Warriors, that's just a given.

Seriously, it's like going into the GvG or HA forums and saying, "Hey, guys, I really, really like the new changes to Defy Pain, so I'm going to show you all how you can create a winning team with it! Don't bother with the superior meta builds, those will just let you win. My build is for fun!"
